घसः सृजतेः ॥ १६३ ॥ घंसदि ॥ ९. १२३, छुपरिग्छगच्छुवौ स्याताम् । छिग्गदि । छुर्वेदि ॥ ९.१२४.
भावकर्मणोस्तु छयो भवेत् । छुवीअदि ॥ ९ १२५. लटि दाजो दइ भवेत् दइस्सदि ॥ ९.१२६.
यक्क्त्वायच्सु द इष्यते ॥ १६४ ॥ दाज इत्येव । दीअदि । दइअ । पदइअ । अन्यत्र देदि, देदु, दादु, दादव्वं ॥ ९. १२७. चर्चेश्वव्वः स्यात् । चप्पो न स्यात् । चव्वदि । एवमन्यत्रापि । ९. १२८. .
अहेर्गेण्हः स्यात् । गेहदि । । ९. १२९.
गेज्झधेप्पो यका सह । ग्रहः स्याताम् । गेज्झदि, घेप्पदि ॥
61 Dr. Ghosh is right in pointing out that मृजतेः is the correct. word instead of सृजतेः ( cf. PK. p. 124 ). In Oriya too there is the use 'घसात्मजा' which confirms this hypothesis. Yet B and Mss. read सृजतः, and had it been a seribal error ( as Dr. Ghosh presumes ) we. should have घसो सृजतेः, as the Sü. and not घसः सृजतेः, thus rightly in keeping with the sandhi rule. Hence it should not be taken as a. seribal error. Again we have already Sü. फुसो मृजेः in which the धात्वादेश of मृजू has been given. 62 UGIO 'ति.
63 UGIO 7=ET:. 64 B gaię which goes against the reading of Mss. The doubl ing occurred in Sū. is different being according to Sandhi rule.
65. B 5997; ex. ufa; em. is according to Mss. In the opinion of Rt. it is छिप्प and च्छिव both; cf. II. 1. 29. 66 I चग्गो; G वर्गों; UG वग्गो.
67 IO घेग्गदि ; UG om. Definitely in these exs. cq has been confused with it.
