नाभेयाद्याः सिद्धार्थराजसू नुचरमाश्चरमदेहाः । पञ्चनवदश च दशविधधर्मविधिविदो जयन्ति' जिनाः ॥१॥
1. Introduction Victorious are the twentyfourJinas (=Tirthankaras) starting with R$ibhadeva (Lit. the son of Nābhi) and ending with Mahāvira (Lit. the son of king Siddhārtha), the comprehenders (and teachers, of ten kinds of religious virtues in their final embodied state. 1.

acquisition (Akiñcanya). (PRP-167) (b) Manu also speaks of ten kinds of religious virtues :
(1) Steadfastness, (2) forgiveness, (3) self-restraint, (4) nonstealing, (5) purity, (6) self-control, (7) wisdom, (8) learning, (9) truthfulness and (10) restraint of anger.

45 Agamas : (1) 11 Angas, (2) 12 Upāngas, (3) 10 Prakirņakas, (4) 6 Chedasūtras, (5) 4, Mulasutras, and (6) 2 Calikäsutras while Sthanakavāsi (anti-icon worshipping group) Svetāmbaras accept only 32 Anamas : (1) 11 Argas, (2) 12 Upāngas, (3) 4 Chedasttras, (4) 4 Malasutras and (5) 1 Avasyakasatra.
