At this place Rathodji gives Sanskrit chāyā as 'utthanamanam nivstikaram'. And his Hindi translation of it is also distorted and wrong. Sanskrit chāyā of the reading accepted by us is 'ghrāṇa-manonirvṛtikaram'. 2. At this place Rathodji gives Sanskrit chāyā as 'punar api jaladharakalitam, sarvatas ca sambhavam surabhigamdham | varşayanti kusumavṛṣṭim, lavaṁgabaṁgair vyāmiśram || His Hindi translation also follows the corrupt reading accepted by him. He might have afterwards found that the reading 'niccă น ya pupphaphala, accepted by him in the 3rd foot of the 68th gatha of this tract is corrupt and hence he has given in the Suddhipatraka the correct reading 'niccouyapupphaphala' in its place. Similarly if he had known afterwards that the reading 'savvo น ya sambhavam' accepted by him here in the 150th gathā is corrupt, he would have given the correct reading 'savvouyasambhavam' in the Suddhipatraka. Other corruptions in this gatha in the Jalore edition are such as could easily be detected by the learned. 3. At this place Rathodji has given Sanskrit chāyā as 'jyotisangame'. 4. At this place Sanskrit chāyā given by Rathodji is 'tathā kālāguruh kumdarukka-dhupamapramatta taddiśikam'. 5. At this place Sanskrit chāyā given by Rathodji is 'prakāśamānāh'. If he had taken into consideration the words gayamtio and pagāyamāņio, the former occurring in gāthās 158th and 160th of his edition and the latter occurring in the 162nd gatha of the same edition, he would not have accepted the unauthentic reading pagāsamāņiu. 6. The number of this gatha in the Jalore edition is 182. Sanskrit chāyā given by Rathodji is 'saharsam abhyutthitah'. As Rathodji could not understand the meaning of the original correct reading, the meaning being 'sarabhasam abhyutthitah', he has wrongly changed the correct reading 'sarahasam' into 'saharasam'.
