कदम पागे जाता है । सात-पाठ कदम आगे जाकर बायें । घुटने को ऊंचा करता है । बायें घुटने को ऊंचा करके वह दाहिने घुटने को भूमि पर संकुचित कर तीन बार मस्तक को पृथ्वी पर लगाता है। मस्तक को तीन बार पृथ्वी पर लगा कर किचित् सीधा वैठता है। सीधा बैठकर, कटक (कड़े), त्रुटित (पहुंची) शब्द रहित स्तंभित-सी हो जाय इस प्रकार दोनों भुजानों को संकुचित करता है। दोनों भुजात्रों को संकुचित कर, दसों नाखुन एक दूसरे से संलग्न रहें, इस प्रकार दोनों। हथेलियों को शिर से स्पर्श कर, आवर्तकर अंजलिबद्ध हो वह इस प्रकार वोला: १६. अरहंत भगवान् को नमस्कार हो। धर्म की यादि। करने वाले, तीर्थ (धर्मतीर्थ) की स्थापना करने वाले, स्वतः सम्यक् बोध प्राप्त करने वाले, पुरुषों में उत्तम, पुरुषों में सिंह के समान, पुरुषों में श्रेष्ठ पुण्डरीक कमल के समान, पुरुषों में श्रेष्ठ गन्धहस्ती के समान, लोक में उत्तम, लोक के नाथ, लोक के हितकारक. लोक में दीपक के समान, लोक में उद्योत-प्रकाश करने वाले, अभय देने वाले, ज्ञाननेत्र देने वाले, सिद्धिमार्ग के दायक, शरण देने वाले, जीवन-संयम जीवन देने वाले, वोधिसम्यकत्व देने वाले, धर्म के देने वाले, धर्म की देशना । देने वाले, धर्म के नायक, धर्म रूप रथ को चलाने में सारथि के समान,
