२०५. श्रमण भगवान महावीर काश्यप गोत्रीय थे। काश्यप गोत्रीय धमण भगवान महावीर के अन्तेवासी स्थविर आर्य सुधर्म अग्निवैशायन गोत्रीय थे। ___ अग्निवैशायन गोत्रीय स्थविर आर्य सूधर्म के अन्तेवासी पार्य जम्बू नामक स्थविर काश्यप गोत्रीय थे।
काश्यप गोत्रीय प्रायं जम्बु नामक स्थविर के अन्तेवासी स्थविर पार्य प्रभव कात्यायन गोत्रीय थे।
कात्यायन गोत्रीय स्थविर आर्य प्रभव के अन्तेवासी स्थविर प्रार्य शय्यम्भव वत्स गोत्रीय थे। आर्य शय्यम्भव । मनक के पिता थे। ___ मनक पिता, वत्स गोत्रीय आर्य शय्यम्भव के अन्तेवासी स्थविर आर्य यशोभ्रद्र तुंगियायन गोत्रीय थे। २०६. आर्य यशोभद्र के प्रागे की स्थविर-परम्परा संक्षिप्त वाचना के द्वारा इस प्रकार कही गई है। यथातुंगियायन गोत्रीय स्थविर प्रार्य यशोभद्र के दो स्थविर अन्तेवासी थे- १. माढर गोत्रीय स्थविर आर्य सम्भूतविजय, और २. प्राचीन गोत्रीय स्थविर प्रार्य भद्रबाह।
205. Sramana Bhagavān Mahavira was of the Kasyapa gotra. His disciple Sthavira Arya Sudharma was of the Agnivesāyana gotra. Arya Jambū, the disciple of Arya Sudharma was of the Kasyapa gotra. Sthavira Arya Prabhava, the disciple of Arya Jambū, was of the Kätyāyana gotra. Arya Sayyambhava, the disciple of Arya Prabhava, was of the Vatsa gotra. Ārya Sayyambhava was the father of Manaka. Sthavira Yasobhadra, the disciple of Arya Sayyambhava, was of the Tungiyâyana gotra.
206. The brief list of the sthaviras after Arya Yaśobhadra is recorded as follows: Sthavira Arya Yaśobhadra had two disciples Sthavira Arya Sambhūtavijaya of the Madhara gotra and Sthavira Arya Bhadrababu of the Pricina gotra.
