In conclusion Your humble petitioners, being of opinion that it woult only ten! to accentuate the already excited feelings of their community, and that it might even lead to a breach of peace, they appeal to Your Honour's protection for the authority require ed under section 196 of Act V of 1898 for prosecuting the offenders under sections 153 A and 292 of the Indian Penal Code as amended by Act IV of 1898.
