તુંહી દુ:ખમાં રે દિલાસા.

પ્રભુ મારા! તુંહી દુઃખમાં રે દિલાસે-તુંહી. Midst troubles my solace thou, Dear Lord oh I midst troubles my. Solace thou...midst.
ઘેરા, ઘોર અંધારે વ્યાપ્યાં,
તબ તું હી ભાનુ પ્રકાશ્યો. પ્રભુ મારા-તુંહી. When dense dark clouds all surround me, My shining sun art Thou oh! Dear Lord.
જબ વન વન દાવાનળ સળગ્યા,
તબ તું સરવર કિનારે. પ્રભુ મારા-તુંહી. When great fire takes hold of woods, Lake of fugitives Thou oh!
Dear Lord. ભૂલી પડી જબ નૈયા અમારી,
તબ તું કુ કે તારે. પ્રભુ મારા-તુંહી. When boat at night loses right way ! Its guide as star Thou oh!
Dear Lord. દુરિજન દુઃખડાં લઈ ધસમસતા, -
તબ તુ જ ચ ર ણે વા સે. પ્રભુ મારા-તું હી. When wicked men rush towards me, At thy feet my place oh!
Dear Lord. આંસુ ભરી આંખે “વૈરાટીઝ
ચા હું દિલાસો તારે. પ્રભુ મારા-તુંહી. With tears in, eyes “ Vairati” Seeks meekly Thy solace oh! Dear Lord.
