Regional Sessions
The representation of regional and religious diversity is one of the ongoing aims of the Parliament of the World's Religions. By bringing together individuals of diverse personal and geographic backgrounds, the Parliament hopes to foster a broader understanding with all inhabitants of the earth. These sessions showcase the voices, worldviews, cultures and religious and spiritual traditions that otherwise may go unheard on the global stage. They
focus on local endeavours and on bridging diverse regions through a focus on individual response to global themes. You are invited to explore the different perspectives of fered in these sessions and discover the often multi-faceted means of understanding and tackling issues such as climate change, poverty and conflict around the world.
