University, lectured for some time in Philosophy at the Elphinstone College, Bombay, has been principle representative of the Swadhyaya Family in international conferences like "Living With the Earth"; the central focus of her life is Swadyaya , dealing with the whole range of problems that beset our time; as the daughter of Shri Pandurang Shastri Athavale (Dadaji), the founder of the Swadhyaya Movement, she is also the symbol of its community.
