RAW: CAROB MOUSSE PIE

CRUST
2 cups shredded coconut
1/2 cup pitted dates
Directions:
Place in food processor until mixture holds together. Press into pie plate.
FILLING
2 avocados
1 cup carob
1/2 cup agave nectar (honey substitute)
pinch of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup coconut
Directions:
Place in food processor until smooth. Place in crust. Refrigerate 3 hours and
enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
1 head chopped kale
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup favourite spice mix 1 cup chopped red peppers
1 table spoon of hemp seeds pinch of sea salt
Directions:
Chop Kale into bite size pieces. Massage all ingredients together until
kale is soft. Let it stand in refrigerator for 20 minutes and enjoy.
