JAINAefforts included organizing activities forchildren. The Young
Jains Auxiliary (YJA), Young Jains Professionals (YJP) were started.
Children fun activities and Pathshala activities (uniform texts, teachers’
conferencesetc)alsogotstarted.
The promotion ofJainism among Jains was easier and natural. The
fellow Indians also had some conceptofJainism. We encouraged them to
visit our functions and lectures. To impart understanding of Jainism to
Americans various interviews were given to Los Angeles Times, media and
magazines.
