Over 4000 people are expected at this year's convention. Jainism: The Art of Living will be one of the largest opportunities you will have to share your products and services to Jains from around the world! The number of exhibitors associated with a specific type of product will be limited. For the first time at a JAINA Convention, there will be an Exhibitors' reception dinner. Exhibitors' will be given the opportunity to share their products and services to all attendees. Additionally, snacks will be served near the exhibition area all throughout the Convention, giving your products and services the highest visibility during the entire convention! Many vendors have already registered themselves for this one of kind opportunity!

Registration to the convention is must for all exhibitors. All the booths will include the following in the basic price:
(1) 10 x 10 ft booth space, (3) two Chairs, and
(2) one 8 ft skirted table, (4) Organization name.

2. You can not display any merchandise or conduct business at the booth, which violates the basic principles of nonviolence. The selection committee will use its judgment and may reject the application.
3. A formal contract shall be sent to you, which will include rules, regulations, terms, and conditions, and application form for additional furniture, janitorial services and power supply requirements.
4. Booth locations will be assigned on first-come-first-serve basis.
