SAMBODHI
Upādana, which is the immediate cause of renewed existence, while Kamma is the abiding
cause. The khandhas are generally called upādānak-khandha Childers, Pg. 525 49. santaṁ tassa manam hoti, santā vācā ca kamma ca, sammadaññā vimuttassa upasantassa
