(15) Rtumatinamanuragatisaya-samsinah Cesta-Visesa-vesadayah parihara-vilasalu yatha (Vol. IV p. 1182) -
रेहइ पिअ-परिरंभण-पसारिअं सुरअ-मंदिर-दारे । हेला-हल्लाविअ-थोर-थणहरं भुअलआ-जुअलं ।। जइ ण छिवसि पुप्फवई पुरओ ता कीस वारिओ ठासि । छिक्कोसि चुलुचुलंतेहि पहाविऊण म्ह हत्थेहिं ।। (राजते प्रियपरिरम्भणप्रसारितं सुरत-मन्दिर-द्वारे । हेला-कम्पित-स्थूल-स्तनभरं भुजलतायुगलम् ॥ यदि न स्पृशसि पुष्पवती पुरतस्तहि कस्माद् वारितस्तिष्ठसि ।
स्पृष्टोऽसि स्पन्दमानाभ्यां प्रधाव्य मम हरताभ्याम् ॥) These two gathās are cited in the SK (p. 620) as well. The first gatha illustrates hela, the second, hava. The second gatha is found in the Gathasaptasati (V.81). The wrong readinings in the printed text viz. रेहक, पडिरंभण, मंदरं, हेका, भुअआजुअबंजणाइ, मासि and चिक्कोसि are corrected with the help of the passages in the SK, the GS and Hemacandra's grammar.
(16) Candratapo jyotsna yatha (Vol. IV p, 1186)::--
गोरंगउतरुणीअणो etc.
This passage is corrupt but it is restored with the help of the SK (p. 374) where it is cited as an example of the figure of speech called Tadguņa.
गोरंगउ तरुणिअणो जोण्हाई अहिसरइ सिअणेवच्छपडिच्छेओ वल्लहबद्धरइ । तच्छाहाहिं पुण चलिअउ सामलगत्तो तह मअणु मंति अहिं ।। (गौरागस्तरुणीजनो ज्योत्स्नायामभिसरति सितनेपथ्यपरिच्छदः ।
तच्छायासु पुनश्चलितः श्यामलगानस्तत्र मदनो मन्त्र्यभूत् ॥) Minor misreadings apart, the words माइगंतिअहिंतीलउवेसुवहं which, immediately follow सामलगत्तो, appear to be altogether out of place. (17) ...Ekameva Kusuma-nirbharam Salmali-vrksamasritya sunimilitakadibhiln khelana(m) krida yatha (Vol. IV p. 1191)
जोवि ण पुच्छइ तस्स वि कहेइ भग्गाई तेण वलआइं । अइउज्जुआ हआसा अहव पिओ से वराईए । (यो पि न पृच्छति तस्यापि कथयति भग्नानि तेन वलयानि अतित्रजुका हताशा अथवा प्रियस्तस्या वराक्याः ॥)
