Sri Bejoy Singh Nahar, Chairman, Bihar State Committee of Bhagwan Mahavir 2500th Nirvana Mahotsav gave a warm welcome to all the participants and outlined the importance of the ensuing Celebrations. He rightly said that the present Seminar is a prelude to these celebrations and is meant to give a good start but the work as an impetus also.
