Introduction is translated by Dr. Indukala Jhaveri and the notes by Krishna Kumar Dixit. Notes are selected and arranged in such a manner as could serve the purpose of an independent book on the Indian Philosophy. First 27 notes pertain to the problems of logic and the last 3 to those of metaphysics. Notes on logic are subdivided into 3 groups : (1) those dealing with the problems of knowledge in general, (2) those dealing with the problems of perception and (3) those dealing with the problems of inference.
