उन्होंने विद्यानन्द नाम का व्याकरण बनाया है। धर्मकीति उपाध्याय ने भी जो मूरिपद लेने के बाद धर्मघोष नाम से प्रसिद्ध हुए, कुछ सन्ध रचे हैं। ये दोनों शिष्य जनशास्त्रों के अतिरिक्त अन्य शास्त्रों के भी अच्छे विद्वान थे । इसका प्रमाण इनके, गुरु श्री देवेन्द्रसूरि की कर्मग्रन्थ की वृत्ति के अंतिम पद्य से मिलता है। उन्होंने लिखा है कि मेरी बनाई हुई इस टीका का श्री विद्यानन्द और श्री धर्मकीर्ति-दोनों विद्वानों ने शोधन किया है। श्री देवेन्द्र सूरि के कुछ ग्रन्थों के नाम इस प्रकार हैं- (१) श्राद्धदिनकृत्य सूत्रवृत्ति, (२) सटीक पाँच नवीन कर्मग्रन्थ, (३) सिद्ध पंचाशिका सुत्रवृत्ति, (४) धर्मरत्न वृत्ति, (५) सुदर्शन चरित्र, (६) चैत्यवंदनादि भाष्यत्रय, (७) वंदारुवृत्ति, (८) सिरिउसबड्डमाण प्रमुख स्तवन, (६) सिद्धदण्डिका और (१०) सारमृ निदशा ।।
इनमें से प्रायः बहुत से अन्य जैनधर्म-प्रसारक सभा भावनगर, आत्मानन्द सभा भावनगर और देवचन्द लाल'माई पुस्तकोदार फण्ड मुरत द्वारा प्रकाशित हो चुके हैं।
