श्री मयधरकेसरी साहित्य प्रकाशन समिति के विभिन्न उद्देश्यों में एक प्रमुख एवं रचनात्मक उद्देश्य है - जैन धर्म एवं दर्शन से सम्बन्धित साहित्य का प्रकाशन करना । संस्था के मार्गदर्शक परमश्रद्धेय श्री मरुधर केसरीजी म स्वयं एक महान विद्वान, आशुकवि तथा जैन आगम तथा दर्शन के ममंज्ञ हैं और उन्हीं के मार्गदर्शन में संस्था की विभिन्न लोकोपकारी प्रवृत्तियाँ घल रही हैं । गुरुदेवश्री साहित्य के ममज्ञ भी हैं, अनुरागी भी हैं। उनकी प्रेरणा से अब तक हमने प्रवचन, जीवन चरित्र, काव्य, आगम तथा गम्भीर विवेचनात्मक ग्रन्थों का प्रकाशन किया है। अब विद्वानों एवं तत्त्वजिज्ञासु पाठकों के सामने हम उनका चिर प्रतीक्षित ग्रन्थ कर्मग्रन्थ विवेचनयुक्त प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं ।
कर्मग्रन्थ जैनदर्शन का एक महान ग्रन्थ है। इसके छह भागों में जैन तत्त्वज्ञान का सर्वांग विवेचन समाया हुआ है। पूज्य गुरुदेवश्री के निर्देशन में प्रसिद्ध लेखक-संपादक श्रीयुत श्रीचन्दजी सुराना एवं उनके सहयोगी श्री देव कुमार जी जैन ने मिलकर इसका सुन्दर सम्पादन किया है । तपस्वीवर श्री रजतमुनि जी एवं विद्याविनोदी श्री सुकनमुनिजी की प्रेरणा से यह विराट कार्य समय पर सुन्दर ढंग से सम्पन्न हो रहा है। हम सभी विद्वानों, मुनिवरों, एवं सहयोगी उदार गृहस्थों के प्रति हार्दिक आभार प्रकट करते हुए आशा करते हैं कि अतिशोध क्रमशः छहों भागों में हम सम्पूर्ण कर्मग्रन्थ विवेचन युक्त पाठकों की सेवा में
