INTRODUCTION (Index)
ANITYA BHAVNA - Anitya means temporary. Change is constant, nothing is permanent and this the only truth of this world. All things of this worldly life are perishable. So, we should not feel sad or lose our mental peace at loss of such momentary things
ASHARAN BHAVNA - Asharan means helplessness. When death approaches, our wealth, family, friends, nobody can save us. So, we have to learn to bear our sufferings with equanimity instead of banking on others
SANSAR BHAVNA - In this cycle of birth and death, father of one life may become husband in another life and so on. How strange this Sansar is! We are wandering here since time immemorial and such Sansar is the main cause of our sadness
EKATV BHAVNA - Every being is born alone, dies alone and has to bear the fruits of their karma alone. So, we should stay away from attachments & aversions and focus on nurturing our soul
ANYATV BHAVNA - Body and soul are different. We are souls, which is eternal while the body is perishable. Wealth, friends, family, nothing is ours. So, we should detach ourselves from all these things
ASHUCHI BHAVNA - Our body is made up of impure substances, it generates dirt & even makes other objects dirty. So instead of making endless efforts in cleaning it, we should divert towards purifying our inner self
