( MOKSHA ) from all the Karmic bondages, and when tbe Karmio dust, which preventod the soul to enjoy its natural virtues so far, is removed, it will automatically begin to feel its owo qualities of omniscience.
To practice meditation and austerity, we should sit in a solitary place for at last 2 minutes leaving all attache monts of worldly substances meanwnile, closing our eyes, we should daily consider again and again and again ‘Bara Bhavana 149 and having no concern with nonBoul substances, we must see only the souls. They will look all equally pure and perfect. Thus seeing we shall remove all distinctions of high and low, good and bad. agrteable or disagreeable. We shall thus be free from atta. obed thought activity. Thus we may divert our attention from other souls and look ourselves only to concentrate, "I am pure soul, I am perfect soul. I'am quite seperate with all other substanoes, even from my body. I am eternal; I am immortal, I am un-created, I am non materinl, I am non-destructible, I am all-knowing. I am all. seeing, I am all-peaceful, I am all-blissful. Really this ac ul of mine is pure God, Parmatma and Arabant, residing in the temple of body." So long as we shall remain, attentire to ourselves; we shall enjoy truo peace and happiness. This firm conviction only can gradually curo the disease of desires, passions and miseries. This self realization is a key to purify the mundane soul.
A right believer who has properly anderstood Karmas as bin enemies, always tries to conquer them and there oomes a time when surely conquering them he dest. roys all the four destructive Karmas & becomes Jinendra, God, apd on the expiry of the remaining four non-destructive Karmas, he attajos Moksha (Salvation) and becomes "Siddba'—the perfeot pure soul baving ever-lasting infinito bliss and undying and un-abating true bappiness.
