A negative particle. वावत्ति - व्यापत्ति:-Destruction. दोचं, तच्चं - द्विः, fa:Twice and thrice. -- When. -- To be able to. आघवणा-आख्यान - Explanation, lecturing, telling. पण्णवणा-प्रज्ञापनाExplanation, or, request, entreaty.
