re. This supplies to a student of Sanskrit all the information he requires to help him in his study. Explanations of important technical terms in Grammar, Rhetoric, Logic, Law, Mathematics, Philosophy. Music, Medicine. Astronomy, etc. are also given. Every Sanskrit student and every Sanskrit Library should have a copy of this very useful volume. The price of the book is very little when compared to its bulk and the fund of information it contains.

This is the fifth edition of the book, printed on very good paper and clock-bound. This is an excellent collection of passages from the Holy Quran and the sayings of Mohammad arranged under topical headings. such as Allah, Polytheism, Fasting, Prayer and Alms, Pilgrimage, Mankind, Charity, Usury, Orphan, women, Repentance and Forgiveness, Death, Divine Help. Slavery, etc. Every sentence of this book conveys some noble and valuable teaching. It is very interesting to read about the Promised Messiah, Ahmed, his teachings and his movement.
