शेषः कामविडम्बितो हि विषयान्भोक्तुं न मोक्तुं क्षमः॥ The usual reading of this Shloka substitutes जन for जिन in l. 2. But the reading here adopted is met with in a Jain work, some centuries old, the MOKSHMARGAPRAKASHA Besides, it gives a better meaning to the shloka. Editor. सूत्र अस्ति नास्ति दिष्टं मतिः ॥
