The thought that this cycle of births · and deaths is not ended although one is from immeilorial times born in the heaven, the hells this human life, the life of beasts and so on, is called the Sanvar Anupreksha. [ 4 ] To think that one alone has to bear all the results of one's actions, is the Ekatva Aunpreksha. To think that the soul is apart from the body called one's own by illusion, is the Anyatva Anupreksha. [6] To always remember that the body, composed of the sevenfold seamen, is so dirty that souls become themselves dirty by its contact and that it can never become pure by any amount of bathing, is the Ashauchyanupreksha. [7] The thought of the Asravas being the cause of the Pains of life, is the Asravanupreksha. [ 8 ] The Sanvaranupreksha is thinking over the means of preventing Asravas.
