વિશ્વ ઈતિહાસની રૂપરેખા સંહારક ઘટનાને ભેદતું હીનનું સંસ્કાર સંગીત
પરતુ યુરોપભરમાં જમા થતી આ શાહીવાદી સંહાર ઘટનાને ભેદી નાખતે હેય તે જરમનીનાજ સંસ્કાર સ્વામી હીનને શબ્દ સંસ્કારી સુરમ્ય તાની ઉત્તેજક ઉષ્માને ફેલાવતે ઈ. સનના ૧૯ મા સૈકાના આરંભ સમયને ઉભરાવી દેતા હતા. યુરેપભરમા, ગથે, બાયરન, તથા પુસ્કીન જેવા સંસ્કાર વાહકને આ સમય હતે. આ સૌ કરતાં પણ ઉચ્ચ ભૂમિકા પરથી હીનને અવાજ સંહાર ઘટનાનું પૃથ્થકરણ કરતા હતા. યુરોપભરના આ મહાકવિનું કવન પુષ્પ અને નાઈટીંગની કવિતાને કલરવ કરતું માનવજાત તરફના પ્રાણવાન પ્રણયને પણ જોગવતું તથા, રજવાડી શહેનશાહતનું, સંસ્થાનની પ્રજાઓ પરના શહાવાદી શેષક તંત્રનું, ગુલામેના વ્યાપારીઓનું, સંહારના કેનું, તથા નફાખેર વાણિજ્યનું, નિષ્કર પૃથ્થકરણ કરતું હતું. સંસ્કારને આ સાદ યુરાપભરમાં સામાજિક ન્યાય સમતાની ઐતિહાસિક છડી પૂકાર, કચડતી માનવતાને ઐતિહાસિક લેકશાહીને રૂવાબ જમાવતા હતા. જોકે એને જરમન બાયરન કહેતા હતા તથા હીને બાયરનની કવિતાઓ જરમનીમાં ઉતારી હતી. એણે પિતાની જીંદગીનાં પચીસ વરસ ફ્રાન્સમાં ગુજાર્યા તથા જરમન સંસ્કારની સાથે ફ્રેંચ સંસ્કારિતાનું મિલન કર્યું. આ મહાકવિએ ઘણા દેશના સંસ્કાર ઈતિહાસને અભ્યાસ કર્યો તથા ૧૮૫૬ માં એ મરણ પામે. એણે જરમની પર ઓતરાતા શાહીવાદી યુદ્ધના ઓળાનું નિરીક્ષણ કર્યું તથા એ, જરમની સામે લાલબત્તી ધરીને યુરોપને લાલબત્તી ધરતે હોય તેવી આગાહી આપતે ગયે. તે
