Saundatti Sanskrit and Kanarese Ratta inscription, recording several grants. Date of the time of the W. Chalukya (Vikramaditya VI. Tribhuvanamalla) Permadideva, and (P) of the Ratta Sena II. : (L. 39).-Vira-Vikrama-kaļa-nåmadhêya-samvatsar-aikavimbati-pramiteshv-atitêshu varttamana-Dhâtu-samvatsaré Pushya-bahula-trayodaśyam-Adivar-ôttarayayasankranto (ntau). For Dhátri = 8. 1018) the date is irregular; see Ind. Ant. Vol. XXII. p. 111, No. 11. Of Séna II. the ingcription gives the following genealogy :- In the race of the Rattag there was, as a son of king Nanna, Kårtavirya [I.], a feudatory of [the W. Chalukya Tuila II.) Åhavamalla; his son Davari; his younger brother Kannakaira (I.); his son Eraga; his younger brother Anks; Eraga's son Sena (K Alasêna) [L], married Mailaládovi; their son Kannakaira (Kanna) (II.); his younger brother Karta virya (II.); his son Sena (Kalasêna) (11.). The Mahamandaléfrara Kártavirya [II.], 'lord of Lattalar,' is also mentioned separately as # feudatory of [Vikramaditya VI.] Tribhuvanamalla, and it is stated that his wife was Bhagalåmbika.
