On the fifteenth I found the moon rise; . On the first I gave sustenance to myself.
I peacefully remained with cares cast awayThat, O father! was my worship of idols.1

As soon as thou becomest depressed, refresh thyself. Fie upon thy fasting and the breaking of thy fast!
Do good to others, that is thy duty.
