• As it is found that the material available for Appendix VI would, if incorporated in its entirety in this place, not only entail delay in preparation consisting as it does of notes written more than 40 year ago-but also incronse to an unreasonable extent the space occupied by the appendices, it is considered desirable to furnish here one only of the many sections or parts pertaining thereto, reserving the remaining comparative tables for sabeequent consideration.
