October, A.D. 1296; and according to the Jyotistattva rule, from 26 August, A.D. 1295, to 21 August, A.D. 1296. Accordingly, Plava was ourrent on the actual day of the date (16 May, A.D. 1296) and also at the commencement of the solar year (25 March, A.D. 1896). By the Telinga rule the date would fall in the year Durmukha, No. 30.
