૩૨. વચનથી કે કર્મથી, પ્રક્ટ રીતે કે એકાંતમાં જ્ઞાની પુરુષોતે
પ્રતિકૂળ એવું આચરણ ન કરવું.
362. Whether by speech or Deeds, Directly or
indirectly, there should not be any behaviour, unfavourable to the enlightened (Knowledgeable) persons. (Uttaradhyayan Ch. 1 Verse. 17)
३६३. ण कम्मुणा कम्म खति बाला अकम्मुणा कम्म खवेन्ति धीरा । मेघाविणो लोभमयावतीता संतोसिणो णो पकरेन्ति पावं ॥

अज्ञानी आत्मा कर्म को क्षय करने के लिए असमर्थ है जब कि धीर पुरुष अकर्म से कर्म क्षय करते हैं । बुद्धिमान पुरुष भय और लालच से दूर रहते हैं । वे संतुष्ट होते हैं । इसलिए पापकर्म करते नहीं है। (सूत्रकृतांग १-१२-१५)
૩૬૩. અજ્ઞાતી જીવો કર્મોનો ક્ષય કરી શકતા નથી. ધીર પુરુષો
અકર્મથી કર્મનો ક્ષય કરે છે. બુદ્ધિમાન પુરુષો લોભ અને ભયથી દૂર રહે છે. તેઓ સંતોષી હોય છે, અને તેથી પાપકર્મ કરતા નથી.

363. Ignorant persons are unable to eliminate
