[“આ પ્રતિમાને લેપ કરવામાં કે તેને કાર અને કછોટે તેમ જ કાન અને હાથ ઉપરના ચિહ્નો કરી પૂર્વ સ્થિતિ મુજબ બનાવવામાં વાદીઓ કે વાદીના પંથને (તાંબરને) પ્રતિવાદીઓ કે પ્રતિવાદીઓના પંથ તરફથી કઈ હરક્ત કરવામાં ન આવે એ કાયમને મનાઈ હુકમ આપવામાં આવે છે.”]
"It seems to us that there is little doubt that the principal Idol in the temple was a Shwetambari one.”
[“અમને એમ જણાય છે કે આ મંદિરમાંની મૂળનાયકની પ્રતિમા શ્વેતાંબરી હતી એમાં જરાય શંકા નથી.”]
"It was established that the Idol possesses ornaments and these were habitually used. It goes a long way towards showing that the deity originally belonged to the Shwetambaries. In our opinion that oral evidance adduced by the Plaintiffs (Shwetambaries) is sufficient to show that the Idol belongs to them."
[“એ પુરવાર થઈ ચુકેલું છે કે આ પ્રતિમાને દાગીનાઓ છે. અને તે કાયમી વપરાશમાં હતા. જે ઉપરથી એમ સિદ્ધ થાય છે કે ભગવાન (દેવ) મૂળમાં શ્વેતાંબરેના જ છે. અમારા મત પ્રમાણે વાદીઓ (શ્વેતાંબરેન) તરફથી જે મૌખિક પુરાવાઓ રજૂ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે તે, પ્રતિમા તેમની માલિકીની છે એ વાત પુરવાર કરવા માટે પૂરતી છે.”]
"It seems to be conclusively proved that there are ornaments used in the worship of the principal Idol in the Temple.”
[“એ વાત ચોખ્ખી રીતે પુરવાર થયેલી જણાય છે કે આ મંદિરમાં મૂળનાયક ભગવાનની પૂજામાં દાગીનાઓ વપરાયા છે.”].
“We have already found that the Idol is a Shwetambari one, These two facts strongly support the plaintiffs' allegation that the temple itself belonged to the Shwetambari sect.”.
[“અમને ખરી રીતે દેખાય છે કે પ્રતિમાજી વેતાંબરી છે અને આ બે હકીકતે “આ મંદિર શ્વેતાંબરના પંથની માલીકીનું છે.” એ વાદીઓના દાવાને ખૂબ મજબૂતીથી આધાર આપનારી છે.”]
“ Possession and management of the temple goes a long way towards proving its ownership.”
