विवाह-संस्थामथ सम्प्रविश्य
ब्रह्माश्रमाद् याति गृहाश्रमं सः । . तद्धर्मपल्या अभिधा यशोदा
प्रसूतिरेका च तयोः कुमारी ॥ २० ॥
હવે, વિવાહ સંસ્થામાં પ્રવેશ કરીને મહાવીર બ્રહ્મચર્યાશ્રમમાંથી ગૃહસ્થાશ્રમમાં દાખલ થાય છે. તેમની ધર્મપત્નીનું નામ “યશોદા” છે. પ્રસૂતિમાં તેમને એક કન્યા થાય છે,
Now, having performed the ceremony of marriage, He duly entered into the second order of a house holder from that of a Brahmachārin. The name of His lawfully wedded wife was Yaśodā, and from this union a daughter was born. २०
