अतुलानुत्कुटिकासान्विविक्त चित्तानखंडितस्वाध्यायान्। दक्षिणभावसमग्रान्, व्यपगतमदरागलोभशठमात्सर्यान् ।।7।।
जो (अतुलान्) उपमा रहित (उत्कुटिकासन्) उत्कुटिका आदि आसनों से तपश्चरण करते हैं, (विविक्त-चित्तान्) जिनका हृदय सदा पवित्र है, हेयोपादेय बुद्धि से जागृत है, (अखण्डित-स्वाध्यायान्) जो नियमित स्वाध्याय करने से अभीक्ष्णज्ञानोपयोगी हैं, (दक्षिणभाव-समग्रान्) जो सरल, छल-कपट रहित परिणामों से सहित हैं, (व्यपगत-मद-राग-लोभ-शठ-मात्सर्यान्) जो मान, राग, लोभ, अज्ञान और मात्सर्य/ईर्ष्याभाव से रहित हैं, उन आचार्यों को मेरा नमस्कार हो।
I pay my obeisance to supreme being Āchāryas - who performs (hard and difficult) austarities in various postures, (such as Padmāsan, khadagāsan etc.) whose minds and hearts are free from all cares; who study scriptures in a regular manner; whose volitions are free from deceit and who are devoid of pride, attachment, greed, ignorance and jealousy.
भिन्नार्तरौद्रक्षान्संभावित, धर्मशुक्लनिर्मल हृदयान्। नित्यंपिनद्धकुगतीन, पुण्यान्गण्योदयान्विलीनगार वचर्यान्।।8।।
(भिन्न-आर्त्त-रौद्र-पक्षान्) जिन्होंने आर्त और रौद्रध्यान के पक्ष को नष्ट कर दिया है, (संभावित-धर्म्य-शुक्ल-निर्मल-हदयान) जिनका हृदय यथायोग्य धर्म्यध्यान व शुक्लध्यान से निर्मल है, (नित्यं-पिनद्ध-कुगतीन) जिन्होंने नरक आदि कुगतियों के द्वार को सदा के लिये बन्द कर दिया है, (पुण्यान्) जो पुण्य रूप हैं, (गण्य-उदयान्) जिनका तप व ऋद्धि आदि का अभ्युदय गणनीय, प्रशंसनीय व स्तुत्य है (विलीन-गारव-चर्यान्) जिनके रस-ऋद्धि और सात इन तीन गारवों/अहंकारों का विलय हो चुका है, उन आचार्यों को मैं नमस्कार करता हूँ।
I pay my obeisance to supreme being Āchāryas - who have defeated/destroyed painful meditation and wicked meditation; whose minds and hearts have been purified by righteous meditation and pure meditation; who have shut/closed the gates of hell and other lower grades of life forever; who are virtuous; whose fruitioning of virtuous karmas is praiseworthy and who are free from all the three kinds of pride.
