________________ सेवताम्) कुदेवों की उपासना न करें। (बुभुक्षुः) भूखा मनुष्य (इह यत् सुलभ) यहाँ जो सुलभ है, उस (अन्नं अस्नाति) अन्न को खाता है, यदि (दुर्लभ) अन्न दुर्लभ है (आस्ते) तो (मुधा क्षुद् व्यावृत्यै) व्यर्थ ही भूख को दूर करने के लिए (कालकूट कः) कालकूट-विष को कौन (कवलयति बुभुक्षु) भूखा खाता है? कोई नहीं। The person, who wants to get rid of the pangs of mundane existance, should firstly serve the lotus feet of shri Jinendra dev. In case the lotus feet of shri Jineņdra dev is not available to him, he should follow the conduct according to his discretion; but he should, in no case worship false God. All though a hungry person try to satisfy his hunger by the foodstuff available to him, yet he is not satisfy his hunger by eating the most effective poison named "Kālakoota" रूपं ते निरुपाधि-सुन्दर-मिदं, पश्चन् सहस्रेक्षणः, प्रेक्षा-कौतुक-कारिकोऽत्र भगवन् नोपैत्यवस्थान्तरम्। वाणी गद्गद्यन् वपुः पुलकयन्, नेत्र-द्वयं श्रावयन्, मूर्धानं नमयन् करौ मुकुलयंश्चेतोऽपि निर्वापयन्।।।5।। (भगवन्!) हे नाथ! (सहन-ईक्षणा प्रेक्षा कौतुककारि) हजारों नेत्रों से देखने की उत्कंठा/उत्सुकता करने वाले (निरुपाधिसुन्दरं ते इदं रूप) उपाधि अर्थात् वस्त्र, आभूषण आदि के बिना ही सुन्दर आपके इस रूप को (पश्यन्) देखने वाला (कः अत्र) कौन मानव इस जगत् में (वाणी गद्गद्यन्) वाणी को गद्गद् करता हुआ, (वपुः पुलकयन्) शरीर को रोमांचित करता हुआ, (नेत्रद्वयं स्रावयन्) दोनों नेत्रों से हर्षाश्रु झराता हुआ, (मूर्धानं नमयन्) मस्तक को नमाता हुआ, (करौ मुकुलयन) दोनों हाथों को जोड़ता हुआ और (चेतः अपि निर्वापयन्) चित्त को संतुष्ट करता हुआ (अवस्थान्तरं न उपैति) दूसरी अवस्था को प्राप्त नहीं होता? अर्थात् आपके इस रूप को देखकर कौन पुरुष अपनी अवस्था को नहीं बदल लेता? Oh Lord your physical form without any clothings and ornaments i.e. your digambar posture is extremely charming and create great curiosity in the minds and hearts of the viewers, perceivers and changes their physical and mental states. Even the Lord of celestial beings i.e. "Soudharm Indra" beholding it with his one thousand eyes, does not feel satisfied thereby. At that time eulogiese you by uttering one thousand eight names with very happy voice and due to it every hair of his body stand because of rejoicing and thereafter he vows Gems of Jaina Wisdom-IX 19
