अनित्यताया यदि चेत् प्रतीति स्तत्त्वस्य निष्ठा च गुरुप्रसादात् ।
सुखी हि सर्वत्र जने वने च, नो चेद्वने चाथ जनेषु दुःखी ॥ ९ ॥

One who upholds in his conviction The trainsient nature of all creation, And has with his Guru's gracious blessingsFirm faith in the intrinsic 'Truth' of all things, Wherever he lives, he lives happily; In the midst of men or in woodlands lonely, But he who holds no faith or conviction Is followed everywhere by inner agitation.
