Mode. Boil the leaves in water and after filtering it, mix the boiled water with the bath water. MODE OF USING Petit Fever Leaves ON SKIN DISEASES.
• Rub the paste on the diseased part and spread the paste thick over it and then let it remain for about 12 hours. This process should be repeated for some days.
PURIFIER OF BLOOD. These leaves have the property of purifying blood; they can therefore be chewed with or without Pan (beetlenut leaves) or taken in the form of infusion or syrup in cases of heat in blood, itch and other skin diseases in addition to the external treatment.
From the copy of Dr. Dymock's report on the other side hereof it will be found that these leaves are called by the name of Sangkupi in Hindustani; Isamdhari in Dukhni; Shengankupi in Tamil; Pisangi in Telugu, Banjoi in Bengali; Ranjoi, Koival in Marathi, and Kundli in Sanskrit and that besides fever and spoiled blood there are several other diseases which are cured by these leaves as will appear from the above report.
