According to some others, however, there is absolutely no difference between the two. 54-55 "Parakiyā is a woman, may be married or unmarried, who is not the mistress of herself. An amour with a married woman may not form the subject of the dominant sentiment in the play but that with a maiden may occur as an element in the principal or the secondary action."
