This Upanişad is not one of the commonly accepted 108 Upanişads as given in the Muktikõpanişad. It appears to be a sectarian Upanişad detailing the doctrines of the Dvaita-Vēdānta, and lays particular stress on Bhakti, or love and devotion to God, as the surest means of attaining salvation.
