This Upanişad teaches the omnipresence of the Supreme Being as denoted by the names Gõpāla and Kršņa. Beginning:
ओं प्राणात्मने तत्सदूर्भुवस्वस्तस्मै प्राणात्मने नमो नमः ओं कृष्णायादिवल्लभायेत्यन्तम् । ओं भूर्भुवस्वस्तस्मै नमो नमः । End:
ब्रह्मणे ब्रह्मपुत्रेभ्यो नारदाय श्रुतं तदा ।
तथा प्रोक्तं तु गान्धवे गच्छन्तु मुनयोऽन्तिकम् ॥ Colophon :
इति सर्वोपनिषदि गोपालतापिन्युत्तरभागः । कृष्णः करोतु माङ्गल्यं मम मङ्गलहेतुकः । सोऽपि मङ्गललिप्ताङ्गस्सर्वमङ्गलनाग्रजः ॥ वल्लवीजनपादो (नाथो) नो गोपालो लोकपालकः । नन्दनो नन्दगोपस्य कुर्याद्धर्मार्थसम्पदम् ॥
