-4 A serpent's fang (f. आशी).-5One of the eight chief medicuments (वृद्धि). -Comp. -उक्तिः , -वादः, -वचनम् (refraiz: fe) a blessing, benediction, expression of praver or wish; आशीर्वचनसंयुक्तां नित्यं यस्मान प्रकुर्वते S. D. Ms. 2. 33. -विषः (आशीविषः) having poison in its fangs', a snake.
