79 leaves, 3 or 4 of which are slightly damaged; on two pages the writing is effaced. The leaves are numbered with the numeral figures on the right, and with letters on the left hand side.

I have shown elsewhere that the Sabda ravachandrika was composed in A.D. 1205, and feel no hesitation in stating that this MS. of it has been written in the 13th century.
