Those low class people are called the Shudras or serveis, iv to serve the twice-born-Brahmanas, Kshatriyas and V.isly.s-ld are engaged in worship, brave, conteatel, with the senses vnder control, ind who carry plouglis, fuel-wood and grass.
त्यक्तस्वधर्माचरणा निघृणाः परपीडकाः।
चण्डाश्च हिंसका नित्यं म्लेच्छास्ते ह्यविवेकिनः॥ - अपना धर्म छोडने वाले बेरिहम दूसरों को सताने हारे झगडालु वा तुन्दखू हमेशा हिंसा वा वध करने हारे वेतमीज लोग मलेच्छ कहाते हैं।
They are the Molecus or outcastes, who have given up their religioa and duties, feel 10 lormelit vice, opjíress others, are qu il'relsome, ever crucl, and do not distinguish right from wrong.
दृग् अमात्यः सुहृच् छोत्रं मुखं कोशो बलं मनः। हस्तौ पादौ दुर्गराष्ट्र राज्यांगानि स्मृतानि हि॥
आंख वजीर कान दोस्त मुंह खजाना मन फौज हाथ किला पैर हुकूमत राम्प के जुज़ वा हिस्से गिने जाते हैं।

यदि न स्यान नरपतिः सम्यङ् नेता ततः पूजा। अकर्णधारा जलधौ विप्लवेतेह नौरिव ॥
लोगों का पालक (राजा) अच्छा सरदार न हो तो लोग वरवाद होनाते है जैसे खेवट के विना नाव समुद्र में डूब जाती है।
If the king is not a good leader; the subjects are ruined' in the world, as a boat without a pilot sinks into the sea.
