The present MS of the commentary styled Samarasārasamgrahatīkā contains a number of colophons, one at the end of a topic, not separately indicated in the text. The first and last verse as given in IO. V. 3117 do not occur either in the present or in the previous MS. The last colophon refers to the author of the text as Rāmacandra Somapāyi while he is generally known as Somayāji.
