A note-book of a Mimamsaka or a Naiyayika on Vidhi. It begins:
ॐ नमो गङ्गायै ॥
विधिनिषेधार्थवादभेदेन वाक्यं त्रिविधम् । तत्र प्रवर्त्तकं वाक्यं विधिः । व्योदनकामः पचेत खर्गकामो यजेतेत्यादिलौकिकालौकिकवाक्यानां प्रवर्त्तक कर्त्तव्यता ज्ञानजननेन प्रवर्त्तकत्वादिधित्वं । war तरति मृत्युं इत्याद्यर्थवादानामपि फलसाधनताबोधद्दारा प्रवर्त्तकतया तत्रातिप्रसङ्गः । इत्यादि -
