Complete to the end of Anyathākhyāti chapter.
It is a commentary on Part I (Pratyakṣakhanda) of Tattvacintāmani, called प्रत्यक्षचिन्तामणिदीधिति (Pratyaksacintāmanididhiti).
Printed in part (up to Jñaptivāda), ed. Conjeeveram. Beginning :
उमेशं वरं वन्दे रामं च जानकोप्रियम् । गोपालं मेश्वरं गुरुं शिरसा च पुनः पुनः ॥ गिरं गुरूणां हृदये निधाय
विधाय सिद्धान्तसरोऽवगाहम् । संक्षेपतः श्ररघुनाथ-नामा
चिन्तामणेोदधितिमातनोति ॥
प्रेक्षावत्प्रवृत्तये फलवत्शा[च्छा ?] स्त्रोपकरणत्वेन प्रयोजनवत्तामभिधेयसम्बन्धी चाह स्वीय्ग्रन्थस्याथेत्यादिना विविच्यत इत्यन्तेन ।
This shows that the first section, Mangalavāda, is not to be found in this commentary. It begins with the second section, Prāmānyavāda, and ends with the Anyathākhyātivāda.

The printed edition does not contain the sloka " उमेशं शङ्करं वन्दे ” etc., but begins as 'गिरं गुरूणां हृदये निधाय " etc. Post-colophon Statement :
श्रीश्यामसुन्दर शर्मणः पुस्तकमिदं खाक्षरं च । श्रीदुर्गा |
यदा नरा यान्ति कदापि भावों
वदन्ति पापानि वदन्ति चाप्रियम् ।
हरे कृतनाः पुरुषा नराधमाः
स्वयं कृतामोह निहन्तुमुद्यताः ॥
