It was written under the patronage of Rajasimha, son of Gajasimha, the Raja of Vikramapaṭṭana in Šaka 1696. See L. 851. Rajendralāla took Vikramapaṭṭana for Ujain. But Vikramapaṭṭana is a name of Bikaner, where the great community of Brāhmaṇa was from Madras to which Kṛṣṇadhurjați belonged.
