अथाक्षरपिण्डः ।
अकारे दशकं १० ग्राह्य दशरद्धोत्तरोत्तरम् । अकारादिक्षकारान्तमेकमेकमुदौरयेत् ॥ तद्यथा। अ १० आ २० १३० etc. etc.

The colophon quoted above is followed by 10 ślokas, which begin :
कफलमधियागस्त्यश्चातौको युककः । (१)
चंडेश्वरन्टपाश्चापि घडेते सुखदायकाः ॥ After these, there is one śloka under the heading अथ रोगौशुभाशुभज्ञानम्, which again is followed by six lines under the heading अथ चौराणां नामाक्षरान यनं and with the colophon इति चौरादिप्रश्नः।
Then comes the date:
सं १९३७ भा० कृ. ८ शनि. लो. शिवसहाय ब्राह्मगा शुभम्भयात् ॥
