टण पुत्र नराणां वै नारिणां च यथा ध्रुवम् । पाप पुण्य वत्स + + + + + +॥ एक एकत्र तं पापं पुराभिर्बहुभिर्जनैः । तथैव पुण्यपापानां भुञ्जते कर्मणेरिताः ॥ अतिसुक्ष्मतरं ज्ञानं नानाजन्तुजयार्णवम् । + + योगसमाप्त + पूटण धे + वरः प्रभोः ॥ मया ख्याता पुरा होरा जन्तुकर्मप्रकाशौका । येन विज्ञानमात्रेण त्रिकालो + + ज्ञानिनाम् ॥ सोयं योग भूटा खामिन् कर्मणां हेतुपूर्वकम् ।
शुभांशे शुभलग्ने वा प्रश्नतत्कालसंभवम् ॥ It is a very corrupt and defective manuscript. It contains thirty-two chapters of Horāprakāśa, a work which is stated in the colophons to have been obtained in Ramaka, the country of Yavana (Rome). The colophons are full of blunders in numbering the chapters.
The chapters dwell upon expiations for those who give birth to short-lived issues, who are issueless, who have disorders of the eyes, who are suffering, in short, from diseases and mental agonies which come from unfavourable situation of planets.
