For the full text see L. 2454. The author's name is given there as Keśavārka, and the present commentary is by Ganesa Sāmvatsara, the son of Keśava Sāmvatsara who seems to be the same as Keśavārka.
The MS. begins with the colophon of the chapter on Grahayoga:
इति श्रीसकलागमाचार्यश्रीकेशव-साम्बत्मरात्मज-गणेशसाम्बत्मरविरचितायां विवाहबन्दावनटीकायां विवाहदीपिकायां
ग्रहयोगाध्यायः ॥ Then commences the Misra chapter :
अथ स्त्रीपुंसयोः सामुद्रकलक्षणाणि पूर्वको(?) मिसाध्यायमारभ्यते।
तत्रादौ तत्कारणमाह । .

उल्लिख्य सामुद्रिकलक्षणाणि
वर कुमारौं शृणुयानिमित्तैः। एवं कुमारौं ववमप्युदर्को ?
नोकधारं निरधारधारैः ॥१॥ Commentary :
उपजातिका वरः कुमारौं कृणुयात् कैर्निमित्तैः यलिङ्ग बालकेशादिना वक्ष्यमाणैः किं कृत्वा सामुद्रिकलक्षणानि उल्लिख्य प्रकटौकृत्य
