7253. प्रश्नरत्नम् । Prasnaratna.
By Nandarāma. With the author's own commentary.
Substance, country-made paper. 101x5 inches. Folia, 19, of which the first four are missing. Lines, 17, 18 on a page. Character, modern Nāgara. Appearance, fresh. Defective in the beginning.
The work relates to divination by questions in accordance with the method of Kevala. It was composed in 1768.
The author and his date, etc.: 19B, आस्ते यहसुधाविभूषणमणौ श्रीमदले सव्रजे
___ रम्यं काम्यवनं त्रयौधुतमला यस्मिन् वसंति विजाः । श्रीकृष्णा + यदौयचंदतनयो यो नंदरामाभिधः
तेषां संस्कृतवाक् प्रबन्धममलं सत्यनरत्नावयम् । प्रोक्तं चंडोन्मीलनं शुक्ले वस्त्र
स्तच्चाशुद्ध विज्ञनिंद्यसमेतात् । । वाच्यं तज्ज्ञै पक्षपातं विहायो
त्याता भविष्येस्मिन्न तेषां त्रयाभूत् ॥ (?) सिद्धायचंद्र [१८२४] वर्षेऽश्वियुजसितपक्षसप्तम्याम् ।
पूर्तिमगादग्रंथोऽयं शून्याब्धिद्विप्रमैत्तैः ॥ The end of the commentary :
सप्ताछेदुवर्षस्य [१८२०] भाद्रशुक्लशिवातियौ । टिप्पनीयं मया क्लाता संक्षिप्तार्थप्रकाशिनी ॥
